Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they apply to all bookings accepted by Orient Pacific Holidays. Orient Pacific Holidays is not itself a transport, tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an agent for those service providers. You should obtain and read the applicable service provider's terms and conditions as they may limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
Booking Conditions: Your travel consultant will accept these conditions on your behalf. Once we have confirmed your holiday, Orient Pacific will make payments on your behalf which may incur cancellation and other charges which we will pass on to you.
Prices: The price of your holiday may change at any time up to 30 days before your departure if new surcharges, fees or taxes are introduced or if any existing surcharges, fees or taxes are varied, even after you have paid all or part of the quoted price of your holiday. If we have to change any part of your booking for reasons beyond our control eg airline schedule changes, change in airline taxes we will notify you. If any such changes result in your holiday costing more, then you may cancel the holiday and we will refund any monies already paid less any changes imposed by suppliers. If any such changes result in your holiday costing more or otherwise being materially different, then you may cancel the holiday and we will refund any monies already paid less any charges imposed by suppliers.
Health and immigration: You are responsible for all visa, passport, immigration, quarantine, customs, health and other requirements of the countries visited or transited. A valid passport (with at least six months validity) must be carried by each person. Orient Pacific Holidays is not responsible for your failure to ensure that you comply with these requirements.
Passenger Names: You must accurately advise the correct full name of all passengers appearing in the booking. It is vital that these match exactly the names in passengers' passports. Name changes after tickets have been issued will result in the issue of new tickets and vouchers and incur amendment charges, cancellation fees or require a higher airfare to be paid for the new ticket. Orient Pacific can accept no responsibility for any additional charges, or inability to travel as a result of incorrect notification of passenger names.
Deposits & Payments: A security deposit of $150 per person is payable within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation with full payment normally required 45 days prior to departure. You will be notified at the time of your reservation if any additional deposit requirements apply. Some special airline offers will require earlier payment in full. Bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within these deadlines. For bookings within 45 days of departure, full payment is required within 72 hours of confirmation. A credit card guarantee is required for bookings within 30 days of departure. The price of your holiday is not confirmed until Orient Pacific receives full payment and a signed booking form. If for any reason your balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. A deposit holds services requested but does not guarantee prices.
Changes: A fee of $30 per booking will be charged by Orient Pacific Holidays in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground/cruise operators or airlines for changes to your package which require reissue of documents. A document reissue means an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package, when cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellations: There will be no refund of your deposit: - Prior to final payment: There will be no refund of any additional supplier deposit paid.
- After final payment: There may be cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels and ground/cruise operators amounting to all or part of the cost paid.
Refunds: To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available for cancellations after holiday package has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.
Travel Insurance: Orient Pacific strongly recommends that you obtain Travel Insurance for the duration of your trip. Please contact your Travel Agent for more information.
Baggage: Please check your travel documents for applicable baggage allowances.
Pre-departure contact: You must provide a telephone number, email or address where you can be reached, if necessary, within 24 hours prior to your departure from Australia.

Air travel: Air travel is subject to the conditions and limitations of liability set out in the airline's conditions of carriage.
Limit of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Orient Pacific Holidays excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury, and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any way in connection with the offer or supply of goods or services through Orient Pacific Holidays or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such goods or services. If the law implies a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded, Orient Pacific Holidays' liability for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited as determined by Orient Pacific Holidays to the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supplying the relevant goods or services.
