Free activities

Rarotonga's best snorkelling is to be found in the marine reserve directly in front of The Rarotongan. Snorkel straight off the beach, at any tide, in a beautiful blue lagoon which is sheltered from the open ocean by a natural coral reef. Other activities include snorkelling lessons, snorkelling safaris, night snorkelling, fish feeding, kayaking, coconut tree climbing and husking show, crab racing, guided nature walks, tennis, and lessons in island dancing, fresh flower lei making, pareu (sarong) tying and playing the log drums and ukulele.

Children

Kids receive a warm welcome at the Moko's Kids Club, where kids aged up to 11 years play free (kids under 3 play free when supervised by parent or caregiver). The Kids Club is a large colourful clubhouse crammed with toys, crafts, books, board games, trampoline, X Box, PlayStation, DVDs and much more. The Kids Club team also leads the children in an array of fun activities discovering the unique nature and culture of Rarotonga. The Moko's Kids Club is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 12noon, 2.00pm - 5.00pm and 7.00pm - 9.00pm, and kids receive a free snack and drink at each club session, plus all Moko's Kids Club kids receive a free Fun Welcome Pack on arrival.
